Scope and responsibilities
Crypture AI is based in San Francisco, California, and provides AI sales and appointment booking tools for businesses. This policy is intended to cover our marketing website, business inquiries, and demonstrations. When Crypture processes information for a customer, the customer’s instructions, applicable service agreement, and, where relevant, Business Associate Agreement also govern that processing. A customer’s own privacy notice may apply to its customers and patients.
Information you provide
Business inquiry fields may include your name, work email, optional telephone number, organization, industry, preferred channels, systems, conversation volume, and message. Do not provide patient records, clinical details, payment credentials, or other sensitive information through this marketing website.
Website information
The current website uses information entered into calculators only within the page. Workbooks are downloadable without registration. The application does not currently contain advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or persistent browser storage for inquiry details. A production host or connected provider may receive technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested pages. Those providers and their practices must be identified before this policy is finalized.
Inquiries and scheduling
A connected inquiry form sends the information you choose to provide to its configured recipient. When no delivery service is configured, this site does not offer a submission form. Our booking calendar is embedded from Cal.com. It receives the booking details you enter and technical information when the calendar loads. Cal.com’s privacy information also applies.
AI demonstrations and communications
Calling the AI demo number starts a telephone interaction with an AI system and its underlying providers. Caller information and conversation content may be processed to provide that interaction. Crypture records calls only with the client’s approval. Client approval does not replace any notice or consent required from call participants. Transcripts are not saved when recording is disabled. Crypture uses conversations only with client approval. Retention periods and the model-training practices of underlying providers still require confirmation for this policy. Do not share sensitive information in demonstrations.
Purposes and disclosures
The intended purposes of business inquiry processing are responding to requests, evaluating product fit, arranging demonstrations, and administering a business relationship. Crypture uses Twilio and Telnyx for communications services and Cal.com for website scheduling. The final notice must identify any additional providers, purposes, or disclosures, including legal obligations. No unverified assertion about selling, sharing, advertising use, or model training is made in this review version.
Retention and security
Retention periods depend on the information and purpose. Crypture must confirm its actual retention schedule for inquiries, logs, recordings, transcripts, and customer data before publishing this policy. Security information and reports are available through the Security section, subject to their scope and applicable agreements. No system can eliminate every security risk.
Your choices and requests
You can avoid submitting inquiry information, download public workbooks without registering, and choose not to call a demonstration. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information, or object to certain uses. For privacy requests, email support@crypture.ai. Please do not send sensitive information in your initial request. Contact your provider or the business you engaged with for requests concerning information it controls.
Children and healthcare
This marketing website is intended for business evaluation, not children or patient care. It is not a patient portal. A healthcare provider’s notice of privacy practices is separate from this policy.
International processing and updates
Processing locations, transfer arrangements, and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures must reflect the actual providers and customers served. Material changes should be reflected in a revised policy with an effective date and any notice required by applicable law. The effective date will be assigned when this policy is approved for publication.
