  1. Customer

Can I buy the starter bundle once without starting a subscription?

  2. Crypture

You can buy it once without starting a subscription. I will send that option with the price and delivery details so you can check it first.

  3. Customer

Can you promise a discount outside the current offer?

  4. Crypture

I understand what you need. That exception is a decision for the team, so I will pass it to them and give them room to review it.

No calls or messages are sent. Examples describe configured actions, not a live customer result.

Which conversations can your AI sales team lead?

A buying question can be routine even when the customer deserves a thoughtful answer. If the information is approved, the next action is supported and exceptions have an owner, AI can lead that scoped conversation through voice, SMS or WhatsApp. “AI-led” describes responsibility within those boundaries; it does not mean unrestricted authority over your business.

  1. 01

    Choose a complete customer job

Start with a recognizable inquiry: comparing two products, understanding a subscription option, revisiting a requested demonstration or arranging an administrative consultation. Write down where the job begins and what counts as complete. A broad instruction to “close every lead” leaves too much undefined. Choose a flow your team can explain and test from start to finish.

  2. 02

Approve the information before the answer

Identify the product facts, current prices, purchase terms and policies the AI may use. Give each source a business owner and a review process. Specify how to handle missing, contradictory or outdated information. The appropriate response to an unsupported answer is clarification or escalation, rather than a persuasive guess or an invented discount.

  3. 03

    Define action authority separately

Explaining a return policy is different from approving a return exception. Sharing a supported checkout is different from confirming payment. Requesting a visit is different from writing a confirmed appointment. Review each intended action, the connected system, permissions and its confirmation signal. If an action is unavailable, agree an honest alternative destination or staff task.

  4. 04

Give follow-up a purpose and an end

Eligible inquiries can receive calls or texts on the approved schedule, including daily follow-up where appropriate. Each contact should resolve a known question or offer a useful next step. Define contact windows, limits and channel permissions. Stop or pause when the person opts out, staff takes ownership, the goal is verified or the agreed sequence ends.

  5. 05

    Make the human boundary explicit

List the requests AI must not decide: clinical suitability, treatment, prescribing, safety-sensitive product questions and business exceptions outside its authority. Name the team responsible for each branch and agree the handoff details. An unresolved request should remain visible work. A transfer attempt or internal note is not proof that a person actually helped the customer.

  6. 06

    Test the uncomfortable branches

Use realistic product questions and deliberately difficult cases before activation. Include an unavailable price, an out-of-policy request, a request for a person, an opt-out, a failed system action and a duplicate inquiry. Review whether the wording stays accurate and whether the workflow pauses correctly. A smooth happy-path demonstration is only one part of readiness.

  7. 07

    Launch with an accountable operator

Agree who maintains the approved answers, checks exceptions and decides when the scope should change. Review the actual conversations and outcomes permitted by your data settings. Recording and conversation use require client approval and any applicable participant permissions. When recording is disabled, Crypture does not save transcripts. Choose review methods that fit those settings.

  8. 08

    Expand from observed work

Compare the scoped pilot against a defined baseline before adding products, channels or actions. A new catalog, changed price or different clinical boundary can change the risk and the operating work. Expand a verified workflow deliberately. Do not treat an initial deployment as permission for every future audience, action or outreach purpose.

Measure the work

Useful conversations.
Verifiable outcomes.

Agree a baseline and compare like-for-like eligible inquiries. Review the full cost and the experience alongside the commercial result.

Build your pilot scorecard ↗
  • Useful replies and verified next steps among eligible inquiries, with purchase and appointment outcomes counted separately.
  • Unsupported answers, failed actions and correct escalations, including the time unresolved work waits for its owner.
  • Total operating cost: service, channel usage, setup allocation, staff review, exception handling and connected tools.
  • Opt-outs, complaints and duplicate contacts alongside incremental contribution; a message sent is not recovered revenue.

Know the scope

Define the boundary before launch.

AI-led sales operates only within the agreed playbook and verified connected actions. Your organization retains offer approval and qualified people retain clinical, sensitive and out-of-scope decisions. This guide describes an operating model, not a promise of every checkout, scheduling connection or autonomous action. Confirm the deployment before activation.
