AI-assisted sales
AI-assisted sales that keeps your people in charge
Keep your team close to the conversations that need judgment. Give Crypture selected routine work around those relationships, with a clear owner, approved information and a reliable point of return to your people.

I understand the product. I need someone to review a special purchasing arrangement.
- Crypture
That is worth talking through with the sales team. I can help you reach them to discuss the arrangement.
- Staff ownership
Your people review the arrangement and lead the decision. Automated sales follow-up pauses under the configured ownership rule.
- Permitted next step
If staff assigns an approved follow-up, Crypture continues that specific task within its channel permissions and stop conditions.
No calls or messages are sent. Examples describe configured actions, not a live customer result.
Where should AI support the work your people lead?
Salespeople lose time repeating approved information, chasing unresolved details and checking which inquiry needs attention. An assisted model starts by deciding which of those jobs can be delegated. Your people continue to lead relationships and closing. The value depends on whether routine work is actually reduced without making customers repeat themselves or creating another queue to manage.
- 01
Map the work around the relationship
Separate relationship-building, negotiation and judgment from repeated information requests, basic commercial clarification and eligible follow-up. Choose one handoff where staff currently loses time. Examples include answering a catalog question before a sales conversation or following up with the approved information a customer requested. Agree what returns to staff and what does not require their involvement.
- 02
Give each conversation one current owner
Decide when AI is responsible, when a named team is responsible and what changes that ownership. Avoid a salesperson and an automated sequence contacting the same person independently. Staff takeover should pause the relevant automated work according to the configured process. Confirm how that state is represented in your actual systems rather than assuming a universal live synchronization.
- 03
Agree the approved answer and approval boundary
Your team supplies reviewed facts, offers and policies. AI can explain those facts within scope; special pricing, negotiated terms and sensitive exceptions remain with the appropriate person. If a request requires approval, the response should make that need clear. Sending an exception for review must not sound like promising that the exception has already been granted.
- 04
Make the handoff useful to the next person
A good handoff contains the customer’s actual question, the information already provided, the unresolved detail and the requested next action, using only information the workflow may process. Agree who receives it and what happens if they are unavailable. Avoid asking for unnecessary sensitive details merely to make a handoff record look complete.
- 05
Use follow-up to support the agreed next step
If a customer requested a comparison or a return call, follow-up should refer to that request. Set the appropriate channel, contact windows, limits and stop conditions. Daily follow-up can be part of an approved workflow, not an unconditional instruction to keep contacting every person. A request for a person should take precedence over another generic automated reminder.
- 06
Keep clinical judgment with qualified staff
For healthcare and health-product businesses, separate product facts and administrative process from suitability, dosage, prescribing or treatment decisions. AI can explain approved program steps or an administrative booking route. Qualified staff handles personal health questions. An assisted arrangement does not make an otherwise inappropriate clinical sales answer safe simply because a person works elsewhere on the account.
- 07
Test the ownership changes
Run an inquiry from AI to staff, from staff to a permitted follow-up state and through an opt-out or completion. Include missing information and a failed connection. Verify that the customer receives an accurate explanation and that the right team can act. Test the manual fallback as carefully as the automated path, because the fallback protects the customer when something changes.
- 08
Measure the combined team
Compare the same eligible inquiry types before and during the pilot. Count staff review time, corrections and exception work, not only automated messages. Review conversation quality under the agreed recording and retention settings. Improve the division of responsibility when the handoff causes delay. The objective is a better combined operation, rather than a higher automation count for its own sake.
Measure the work
Useful conversations.
Verifiable outcomes.
Agree a baseline and compare like-for-like eligible inquiries. Review the full cost and the experience alongside the commercial result.
Build your pilot scorecard ↗- Staff time spent on repeated information requests, including time reviewing or correcting AI work.
- Handoff completeness, ownership clarity and time until the assigned person takes useful action.
- Verified purchases or administrative outcomes among comparable inquiries, without crediting AI for every staff-led close.
- Customer repetition, complaints, opt-outs and duplicate outreach; account for the experience as well as cost.
Know the scope
Define the boundary before launch.
AI-assisted describes an agreed division of work. It does not imply a live on-screen copilot, real-time coaching, automatic CRM synchronization or human staffing supplied by Crypture unless separately confirmed. Recording is client-approved; transcripts are not saved when recording is disabled. Deployment scope, data permissions and actual system actions must be reviewed together.
