Crypture/Revenue recovery

AI revenue recovery

You earned the interest.
Help it become revenue.

An unanswered question, a missed call or an unfinished follow-up should not be the end of a good lead. Crypture’s AI sales team calls, texts and follows through on eligible demand—helping ecommerce and healthcare brands recover opportunities already in their pipeline.

Where does interested demand get lost?

Revenue recovery means helping an eligible person move past a real obstacle after they have shown interest. It is not debt collection, indiscriminate cold outreach or a promise that every lost opportunity can be won back.

  1. 01

    The inquiry nobody reached

A shopper asks about a product or a patient requests a visit, but the first call goes unanswered. Pick up the original request with approved context instead of restarting the conversation. An unanswered call is not permission to contact someone through every channel.

  2. 02

The buying question that stopped checkout

Price, product differences, delivery, return terms or subscription confusion can interrupt an otherwise interested buyer. Answer the actual question, offer the supported purchase step and check whether the store confirms a purchase before contacting them again.

  3. 03

The consultation that never got booked

Someone requested information about your practice or program but did not choose a time. Explain the administrative process and help them reach a supported scheduling step. A booked consultation is an opportunity, not collected treatment revenue.

  4. 04

The eligible lead that went quiet

Review older inquiries against their original purpose, contact permission, current relevance and suppression status. A useful reactivation starts with a reason to talk. It does not treat an old phone number as permanent consent.

  5. 05

The repeat purchase that needed help

Customers may want the same approved product but hesitate over pack size, subscription terms or delivery. Help them understand the reorder options. Prescription refills, clinical suitability and treatment changes require a separate qualified process.

Different industries.
Different reasons to return.

A retail purchase and a patient appointment need different answers, evidence and boundaries. Your recovery playbook should reflect the job your customer actually needs to finish.

Ecommerce ↗

Recover unfinished buying decisions

Product comparison, price questions, shipping expectations and checkout hesitation. Use current catalog facts and a supported checkout route. Cart-triggered outreach needs confirmed store events and permission; it is not assumed for every store.

Measure: Verified paid orders, net of cancellations and returns.

Supplements ↗

Resolve purchase confusion without making health promises

Explain approved label facts, bottle options, one-time versus subscription terms and delivery. Follow up on eligible product interest. Route safety, dosage, medication interaction and suitability questions to qualified staff.

Measure: New-customer purchases and repeat orders reported separately.

Wellness brands ↗

Help people understand the offer

Clarify approved bundle contents, product options, purchase terms and program administration. Do not invent urgency, benefits or guaranteed health outcomes to overcome an objection.

Measure: Verified product purchases or a defined qualified staff handoff.

Telehealth and product-based healthcare ↗

Connect product sales with an appropriate care path

Support approved supplement reorders and nonclinical program inquiries, including GLP-1 program information. Explain published administrative steps and route clinical eligibility, prescribing, medication and treatment questions to clinicians.

Measure: Product sales, consultation bookings, attended visits and enrollment tracked as distinct events.

Dental practices ↗

Follow through on unbooked patient inquiries

Help a prospective patient understand the consultation process and supported visit options. Unscheduled treatment, recall outreach and insurance or financing questions require their own approved workflow and staff ownership.

Measure: Confirmed consultations, attended visits and collected revenue measured separately.

Chiropractic practices ↗

Turn missed administrative inquiries into a visit path

Explain approved first-visit and returning-patient processes. Apply the correct appointment type and connected availability. Never recommend a treatment schedule or use product retail as a substitute for a practice-specific conversation.

Measure: Scheduling completion, attended first visits and quality of staff handoffs.

Medical practices ↗

Reduce friction in routine patient access

Help people finish an administrative appointment request or understand how to reach the practice. Clinical triage, urgent symptoms, prescriptions and insurance decisions stay outside the routine sales workflow.

Measure: Correctly routed requests, confirmed visits and administrative time.

The intelligence behind the conversation

Sales instinct.
Support judgment.

Intelligent AI trained on real sales and customer support. Built to understand the hesitation, work through the question and move the conversation toward a useful next step.

Meet your AI sales team
01

Hear what is really holding them back

Ask the useful follow-up. Is the concern price, product fit, timing or trust? Address the reason behind the hesitation instead of repeating the pitch.

02

Be helpful enough to earn the next step

Use your brand’s information to explain the options clearly. Handle objections with context, stay calm when someone is frustrated and avoid pressure or invented promises.

03

Know when to close—and when to bring in a person

Offer a clear purchase, appointment or staff handoff when it fits the conversation. Your approved scope and connected systems determine what the AI can complete.

Sales skill and service judgment, shaped around your brand.

Your business’s conversations are used only with your approval. Clinical decisions and requests outside the agreed scope stay with qualified people.

A recovery system.
A clear owner at every step.

Choose fully AI-led conversations within your approved scope, or AI-assisted follow-up alongside your salespeople. Your team owns the offer and exceptions; CRM records support the work.

  1. 01

    Find the recoverable opportunity

Start with one defined group: unanswered product inquiries, unbooked consultations or customers asking about a reorder. Identify the stage at which interest was lost. Exclude completed purchases, opted-out contacts, unresolved complaints and people whose request needs clinical review.

  2. 02

Approve the answers and the next action

Supply the current catalog, prices, policies, visit rules and objection guidance. Decide whether the AI can share a checkout link, complete a supported booking action or route a request to a person. A listed integration does not establish that every action is available.

  3. 03

    Make each follow-up useful

Crypture can call and text eligible leads on the daily schedule you approve. Reference the original question and provide the missing detail. Channel choice, contact windows, attempt limits and response handling are agreed before launch; daily follow-up does not mean repeated contact without limits.

  4. 04

Change course when the person replies

A new question should change the next response. A request for a person should route to the agreed owner and pause automated sales follow-up. A clinical question belongs with the care team. Do not keep replaying the original sequence after the situation changes.

  5. 05

    Verify the outcome, then stop

Use the connected system’s order or appointment event where available. If an event cannot be verified, label the outcome as a request or shared link rather than a sale. Stop or pause outreach after conversion, opt-out, staff takeover or the agreed attempt cap.

  6. 06

Review the economics and the experience

Compare an eligible cohort with a suitable baseline or holdout. Review verified outcomes, contribution, complete service costs, staff effort and negative feedback together. Expand only when the results and the customer experience support it.

More conversion is useful.
Incremental contribution is the test.

Following up on existing demand can improve acquisition efficiency when additional conversions outweigh the added costs. It does not make the original acquisition spend disappear, and repeat purchases should not be counted as new customers.

Separate activity from outcomes

A call answered, link clicked or appointment requested is an intermediate event. Report paid orders, confirmed bookings, attended visits and collected revenue separately. Agree which system verifies each event and how duplicates, refunds and cancellations are handled.

Compare like with like

Track eligible leads, reached contacts, useful replies, qualified handoffs and verified conversions. Compare equivalent audiences and time windows. A holdout helps distinguish additional sales from purchases that would have happened anyway; attributed revenue alone does not establish lift.

Calculate the complete cost

Include acquisition spend, setup allocation, the service fee, channel usage, staff review, discounts and returns. Track both an agreed acquisition metric and contribution after recovery costs. For healthcare, do not assign a full course of treatment revenue to a consultation booking.

Watch the customer experience

Review opt-outs, complaints, wrong answers, duplicate outreach and failed handoffs alongside revenue. A sequence that creates more conversations but more frustration needs correction before it is expanded.

Before the first follow-up

Bring one stalled journey.
Build a focused pilot.

We review the offer, lead source, supported actions and evidence needed to measure a useful result. Launch timing depends on approved content, connections and the required messaging and healthcare reviews.

  • Audience: original request, eligibility, permitted channels and suppression list.
  • Offer: current product or service facts, prices, policies and approved objection answers.
  • Actions: verified checkout, scheduling or staff routing capabilities and a failure path.
  • Cadence: contact windows, attempt cap, reply handling and conversion or opt-out stop rules.
  • Ownership: named staff roles for clinical questions, complaints and sales exceptions.
  • Data: minimum necessary context, access, retention and the agreements needed for patient information.
  • Evidence: baseline or holdout, verified outcomes, full costs and a review date.

Before you recover the next opportunity.

Define the scope before deciding what success looks like. Bring your workflow to a demo and test the ordinary journey and its exceptions.

Will Crypture call every old lead?

No. Eligibility depends on the original request, current contact permissions, suppression status and the agreed purpose. Imported lists are reviewed before outreach; an old inquiry is not automatic permission for a new campaign.

Does recovery mean sending a discount?

No. Often the missing step is an accurate product comparison, clear purchase terms or a scheduling answer. Discounts are only used when your team explicitly approves the offer and the workflow supports it.

Can the AI close without our team?

In AI-led mode, Crypture can handle approved conversations and supported purchase or appointment actions. In AI-assisted mode, your people lead the relationship and closing while AI supports agreed tasks. Complex, clinical and out-of-scope questions go to the appropriate staff.

Are cart recovery, PMS booking and reorders available in every deployment?

No. Each trigger and action needs a supported connection, agreed data access and a tested completion event. If the system only supports sharing a link or routing a request, the workflow and reporting must say so.

Can you guarantee a lower CAC or a revenue increase?

No. Results depend on lead quality, the offer, price, implementation, timing and costs. Agree the baseline and measurement first. A pilot should show whether additional contribution and time saved justify the full cost.

How do healthcare conversations stay within scope?

Use approved product and administrative information. Clinical decisions, prescribing and treatment advice stay with qualified professionals. Patient-data workflows need the applicable agreements, including a BAA where required, and a review of the connected services. Public demos are not patient channels.
