What is this library—and who prepared it?
Crypture prepares selected evidence reviews and operational measurement guides for buyers evaluating patient follow-up and AI sales services. Crypture is a product of Lumino Strategies LLC and has a commercial interest in those services. The library is not an independent research institute, a medical journal or a substitute for clinical advice.
No named clinical reviewer or independent peer review is claimed. The new reports were prepared with AI assistance and checked against the linked source records for the numerical claims used. This describes the editorial process; it does not make the reports clinical research. Published studies belong to their original authors.
How were sources selected?
For the October 26, 2026 release, searches focused on appointment reminder trials, dental recall and reminder comparisons, missed-visit re-engagement, telemedicine no-shows and randomized ecommerce retargeting. PubMed study records, available full texts, research-institution publication summaries, an author-affiliated university record and official FTC/HHS guidance were used.
Preference went to original studies, randomized comparisons, systematic reviews and guidance relevant to the exact claim. Older foundational studies were retained with their publication years visible. Null, negative and context-dependent findings were included. This was a targeted editorial search, not a registered, exhaustive or PRISMA-compliant systematic review. No pooled meta-analysis was performed by Crypture.
What is recorded for each finding?
Each study record identifies the authors, publication year, design, population, intervention and outcome as available in the linked source. We use abstracts or accessible full text and state when no patient-level data is available. A source’s conclusions are not expanded to products, populations or commercial outcomes it did not test.
| Label | Meaning | Does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Randomized trial | Groups assigned to an intervention or comparison | A universal result for every practice |
| Systematic review | Existing studies summarized by the review authors | A new Crypture trial or uniform population |
| Observational cohort | Outcomes observed across existing groups | That the exposure caused the difference |
| Official guidance | Requirements or interpretive advice from an authority | A product certification or conversion estimate |
| Hypothetical model | Explicit assumptions and reproducible arithmetic | A measured result, forecast or typical outcome |
How are statistics interpreted?
Absolute rates, percentage-point differences, risk ratios and odds ratios are different quantities. An odds ratio cannot be read as an absolute percentage-point increase. Summary rates from different studies are not treated as a randomized head-to-head comparison. Confidence intervals and heterogeneity matter when the source provides them.
Appointment attendance, rescheduling, retained purchases, treatment acceptance and collected revenue are separate outcomes. A patient-access finding is not evidence of a product’s health benefit. No study in this release tests Crypture or establishes its revenue lift.
How can readers check the charts?
Every numerical chart has a text alternative, an HTML data table and a downloadable CSV containing the plotted values, units, classification and source URL or model label. The PNG charts are drawn from the same report data. Published values are descriptive extractions; rounding is preserved. The ROI chart uses disclosed assumptions and a formula, not patient or customer records.
These downloads are chart extracts and educational examples, not the studies’ original datasets. No source-study redistribution license is claimed. When citing a study finding, credit its original authors. Cite Crypture for the operational interpretation or transparent model, while retaining the original source context.
What would qualify as original Crypture evidence?
A future original report needs a defined population, eligibility rules, observation period, outcome definitions, implementation details and an appropriate comparison. It should disclose group sizes, incomplete follow-up, costs, adverse experience measures, uncertainty and limitations. A customer’s permission to use the data and a separate privacy review are prerequisites.
Download an aggregate pilot measurement template (CSV). This blank template asks for cohort totals, not patient identities.
No patient data has been collected for this library. Any future publication involving customer or patient information needs the relevant authorization, contractual and legal review; a website analytics permission does not authorize research use. A marketing case study must not be described as a clinical trial without the corresponding study design and oversight.
How do corrections and updates work?
Send the report URL, disputed statement and supporting source to support@crypture.ai. Substantive corrections should change the visible review date and describe the correction. Dates should not be advanced merely to appear fresh.
Future customer case studies must distinguish observed outcomes from incremental causal claims and disclose the commercial relationship. For current website information, see editorial standards, privacy and healthcare data safeguards.
