Lead follow-up templates with a purpose
Use a useful reason to contact someone—not another “just checking in.” Adapt these examples to an eligible inquiry and your approved information.
Book a demoCall our AISee the workflow ↓- Before sending
Confirm the original request, permission, current price, supported action, local window and staff owner.
- During the reply
Answer the question with approved information; route an exception instead of stretching the template.
- After the outcome
Record the verified action or handoff, and stop or pause the sequence as required.
No calls or messages are sent. Examples describe configured actions, not a live customer result.
What should the next touch help the buyer do?
Templates work when they fit the customer’s state. Do not send these blindly, use them after an opt-out or treat an example as channel approval.
- 01
After a requested comparison
“You asked about [A] and [B]. The approved difference is [fact]. Is there a detail about [their original question] you still need?” Purpose: resolve the actual comparison.
- 02
When price is the concern
“The [option] includes [approved inclusions] at [current price]. If helpful, I can explain the one-time option and purchase terms.” Purpose: clarify value without inventing discounts.
- 03
When a person is needed
“That request needs our team’s review. I will route the question and pause the sales follow-up while they handle it.” Use only if that routing and pause are supported.
- 04
At an appropriate closing touch
“If you still want help with [requested item], you can reach us through [approved route].” Respect the agreed contact limit and stop rules; do not manufacture urgency.
