Choose the lead and the outcome

Start with one source of buying intent: a product inquiry, a requested quote, or a shopper asking for a checkout link. Record what happened before outreach. A purchased contact list is not the same as a person asking your business for help.

Define completion before writing messages. A sent link, a checkout visit, and a paid order are different events. Pick the outcome your connected system can confirm. Keep a separate state for requests that need a person.

Write answers before writing reminders

Collect the questions your team hears about price, fit, delivery, returns, and product differences. Give each answer an approved source and an owner. Include the conditions under which the answer changes.

For a price objection, explain the relevant product differences or approved payment options. Do not invent a discount or a scarcity claim. If the answer depends on stock, shipping destination, or account details, confirm that the deployment can retrieve that information. Otherwise route the question to staff.

Make every follow-up earn its place

An illustrative sequence could begin with the requested information, continue with a useful comparison the next permitted day, and end with an invitation to ask for help. Daily follow-up means an approved opportunity to contact an eligible lead, not a requirement to message everyone every day.

Set channel-specific permissions, contact windows, time zones, and maximum attempts before launch. Pause scheduled touches when someone replies so the response reflects their question. Stop the sales sequence after a verified purchase, opt-out, or staff takeover. Avoid sending simultaneous calls and texts that make one customer feel pursued by separate teams.

Test the branches your team will encounter

Use fictional leads to test no reply, a price objection, a wrong number, a purchase before the next touch, an opt-out, and a request for a person. Check the next action after each event. Test a connection failure as well as the successful purchase.

An agent must not say an order was placed because it sent checkout. Define a fallback that tells the customer what remains incomplete and assigns a staff owner. Your test record should show the expected action, observed result, and issue owner.

Evaluate selling quality alongside conversion

Compare eligible lead-to-purchase conversion over consistent periods. Also review unresolved questions, complaint and opt-out rates, human handoff time, refunds, and the full service cost. More outbound activity alone is not evidence of better selling.

Crypture designs voice, SMS, and WhatsApp conversations around approved answers and follow-up rules. The exact system actions and cadence belong in your agreed deployment scope. Bring one inquiry and your current follow-up process to a demo so the discussion starts with your business rather than a generic script.
